CCE Basket of Basket

The Basket of Baskets Clinical Trial is a Multimodular genomic drive, Open-label, Phase II, Multicentre Study To Evaluate Targeted Agents in Molecularly Selected Populations With Advanced Solid Tumours. The general purpose of the study is to find personalized cancer treatment based on genetic analysis of tumours.

Patients with solid tumors are profiled by an NGS panel developed within the Cancer Core Europe Consortium (iProfiler).

Patients can thereafter be allocated into one of the following treatment modules, depending of the findings by the genomic profiling (iBasket).

Modules and arms still Opened for recruitment:

Module 1: Immunotherapy in genomically selected cases

Arm 1B: Intermediate Tumor mutation Burden (12-16 Mut/Mb)

Arm 1G: CDK12 mutations

Module 2: FGFR inhibitor

Arm 2B: VUS in FGFR1-3 with pathogenic mutations in FGFR4

Arm 2C: FGFR1-3 amplifications with high mRNA levels (exception gastric or breast cancer)

Arm 2D: FGFR1-4 amplifications without high mRNA levels (exception gastric or breast cancer)

Module 3: MET/EGFR inhibitor

Arm 3A: Met mutations

Arm 3B: MET amplifications

Arm 3C: EGFR mutations (exception lung cancer)
